Improv Tabletop—Fate Accelerated, Avatar Legends, Blades in the Dark
With an acting resumé longer than a velociraptor's front claw, and a voice like melted chocolate over velvet, Caleb is the voice acting tour-de-force of Improv Tabletop. If you want to hear his professional voice work, check out the audiobooks he's narrated! (If Liam O'Brien or Sam Riegel are reading this, please hire this guy.)
In his free time, Caleb is a wonderful father to three lovably rowdy boys and one sweet daughter, and a wonderful husband to Rachel, who makes pretty awesome book-themed soaps. You like bathing? You like books? Check out Book Lovers Soaps!
Is Christian a better actor, or a better gamer? We're still trying to figure that one out. A force to be reckoned with both on the stage and around the table, Christian has an equally wonderful mind for characterization and for gaming tactics. The current number of cards in his Magic: The Gathering collection is [ERROR: operation timed out].
Nintendo Switch games with over 100 hours of play: 1) Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. 2) The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. 3) Pokémon Shield. 4) Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

The absolutely unceasing. Foreigner. The powerful. The brave. The immovable object meeting the unstoppable force. These all describe Connor Douglas Wood, a man who has been performing onstage and collecting geeky interests since before the great sundering. Hear him talk about the obscure, the obscene, and everything in between™ on his horror podcast The Good, The Rad, and The Spooky!
Voted most likely to: Start a video game publication; Become a member of The Mountain Goats; Direct a film for A24; Adopt a chihuahua and name him after a famous sushi chef.

Ariel the Little Mermaid (The Illiterates)
Danuary the American Exchange Student (Dumbledore's Delinquents)

Shrew the Wasteful (Miceborn)
If there's anybody here who's more surprised to be in an improv troupe, I don't know who it is. Though he entered the improv world with very little theatrical training, Evan's skill on stage quickly blew past his peers' due to his keen perception, delightfully dry wit, and extensive knowledge of film and pop culture references.
Outside of improv, Evan enjoys buying classic movies that he'll definitely watch someday, using his overpriced gaming PC to play indie games, and building fantasy worlds that he'll definitely use as D&D settings for his friends maybe.
Dave Skullcrusher (Jurassic Bake Off)
Pennysworth McScrooge (Falloutback)
Pilfer the Pirate (The Tension Builders)
Talon the Deckhand (Dessert Island)
Calcifer the Skeleton (Halloween P.D.)
Qannik / Kai / Panchen (Avatar Legends One-Shots)
Lucky the Miniature Schnauzer (Furry Christmas)
Kermit the Frog (Taika's Fun Punch Club)

Heather is that cool mom whose house everybody wants to hang out at, you know? Whether playing a serious role, a comedic role, or anything in between, the emotional intensity Heather brings to her performances never fails to lift the energy of everybody around her.
Heather is proof that you can still be cool even if you surround yourself with a bunch of nerds. But as you're sure to hear in her episodes, she can roll the dice with the best of them!
Zmey the Occamy (Halloween P.D.)
Chip the Dog (Balanced Breakfast Brigade)
Misty the Bearded Collie (Furry Christmas)
Justin "JP" Porter
I'm pretty sure JP's been acting for longer than any of us around here, and it definitely shows in how quickly and deeply he inhabits the characters he creates. His love of both classic and modern comics, cartoons, and action films is palpable, and brings a wonderful energy to our games.
Just some of the pop culture figures JP has managed to figure out how to turn into D&D characters: Captain America, Thor, Dr. Strange, Iron Fist, Goku, Robin Hood, Buster Scruggs.
Dr. Steven Bond (Jurassic Bake Off)
John Paisley (Falloutback)
Sir Ian McKellen Gandalf (Taika's Fun Punch Club)
Groop the Troll (Dumbledore's Delinquents)
Farfetch'd (The Merry Pokémen)
Patrick the Paranormal Investigator (Starboo Valley)
As much as she tries to play her characters like she's our group's Marisha Ray, we all know she's more like our group's Laura Bailey (#IYKYK). With a powerful stage presence and a lovely singing voice to back it up, McKenna provides a wonderful blend of theatrical experience and delightful irreverence.
Need somebody to spruce up your Animal Crossing island or Stardew Valley farm? McKenna's got you covered. (In fact, she's the only person I know who's beat Junimo Kart.)
Sue the Polar Bear (Dessert Island)
Gazzlet (The Office Space)
Lila Belle the Penguin (Animal Station)
Tiya Fuchou / Ami Len / Mel (Avatar Legends One-Shots)
Nott the Tortoiseshell Cat (Furry Christmas)
Owen Wilson (Taika's Fun Punch Club)
Greya the House Elf (Dumbledore's Delinquents)
Ziah Wayen (ImpTab Avatar: Ten Thousand Things)
Louise the Miner (Starboo Valley)
Let's be real here. Thomas was the one who ran that Pathfinder campaign that got Ned back into tabletop gaming, and Thomas was the one who first sent Ned that video about Fate. So really, without Thomas, this podcast probably wouldn't exist. Does that make Thomas the father of Improv Tabletop? Well, it at least makes him the father of most of the cast's geekdom.
When he's not on ImpTab, you can hear Thomas as the Dungeon Master of our sister podcast I Cast Fireball, a D&D 5e actual play! If he's not podcasting, he's probably playing board games, teaching his kids board games, browsing Kickstarter for new board games, arranging his massive board game collection, or obsessing over Batman.
Moby Dick (The Illiterates)
Chen Xu / Ning / Shur Ty (Avatar Legends One-Shots)
Harshnag the Troll (Halloween P.D.)
Cap'n Chew (Balanced Breakfast Brigade)
Ellis the Mystic (Miceborn)
Scorchguard (Transformer Rejects)
Sure, Thomas may be the only person in the cast who hasn't had any formal acting training, but after Ned spent four years playing D&D with him multiple times per week, Thomas has proven himself not only to be an apt tabletop gamer, but an apt performer and storyteller as well! But maybe one of these days Ned will force him to read Truth in Comedy or something.
You like watching people play video games? You're in luck! Thomas streams on Twitch as TheManlyJones. Will you see him roasting Evan while they play Minecraft together? Will he be attempting fresh file runs of Hades and actually beating the first boss? Will he be starting yet another corn cult in the worship of Piloswine (yes, the Pokémon)? You'll just have to find out!
Hu Weiyong / Dae S. Exmachina (ImpTab Avatar: Blades in the Daofei)
Bob the Prairie King (Starboo Valley)
Two of the most fulfilling hobbies Ned has ever pursued are tabletop gaming and improv performance. With so many correlations between the two, it was only natural that someday he'd find a way to combine the two in a way that fully embraces what is so unique and compelling about both.
When he's not living in fantasy worlds or doing dumb goofs and make-em-ups, Ned enjoys graphic design, a nice jaunt through the wilderness, drinking ginger beer, and reading books. Currently reading: Monster of the Week by Evil Hat Productions, Mistborn Adventure Game by Crafty Games, and Second Darkness by Paizo.
